TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR Arcanebet

DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the meanings set forth below:

"Arcanebet" means the online gaming platform operated by TH Gambling N.V., including its mobile applications, website and any other services or products provided thereto.
"User" means any person who uses the Arcanebet platform to play games, place bets, or engage in other activities offered by Arcanebet.
"Game" means any game, betting activity, or other contest offered by Arcanebet through its platform.
"Account" means the user account created by a User for the purpose of accessing and using the Arcanebet platform.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By creating an Account with Arcanebet and/or using the Arcanebet platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, they must immediately cease using the Arcanebet platform.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Arcanebet is only accessible to Users who are at least 18 years old (or such other age as may be applicable in a particular jurisdiction). By creating an Account or using the Arcanebet platform, the User represents and warrants that they meet this minimum age requirement.

GAMING LICENSE AND REGULATIONS

Arcanebet is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board to operate online gaming activities. The User acknowledges that the laws of Curaçao govern these Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or related thereto.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Arcanebet encourages responsible gaming practices and provides tools for Users to monitor and control their gaming activity. The User acknowledges that Arcanebet reserves the right to restrict or block access to its platform if it reasonably believes that a User is engaging in irresponsible gaming behavior.

GAME RULES AND CONDITIONS

Each Game offered by Arcanebet shall have its own specific rules and conditions, which may be changed from time to time without prior notice. The User acknowledges that they are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules and conditions of each Game before participating.

PAYMENT TERMS

The User acknowledges that all payments made to or through the Arcanebet platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Arcanebet reserves the right to change its payment terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

The User is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account details, including login credentials and any other sensitive information associated with their Account. Arcanebet shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to a User's Account.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising between a User and Arcanebet will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, and hereby irrevocably waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue.

GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The English language shall be the governing language for all purposes hereunder.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Arcanebet reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that they are aware of any changes.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

Arcanebet reserves the right to terminate a User's Account at any time, with or without cause, and for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination of an Account, Arcanebet shall have no further obligation to provide services or support to the User.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Arcanebet and each User and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, discussions and communications between the parties related thereto.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

The failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or remedy. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with applicable laws or regulations, the parties agree that such provision will be amended or deleted as necessary to comply with such requirements.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By creating an Account or using the Arcanebet platform, the User acknowledges that they consent to receive electronic communications from Arcanebet, including but not limited to promotional emails and account notifications.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Arcanebet may have additional terms and conditions applicable to specific Games, services or products offered through its platform. Such additional terms and conditions shall be posted on the Arcanebet website or otherwise made available to Users.

By using the Arcanebet platform and/or creating an Account with Arcanebet, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
